After recovering from his wounds Tarsus decides that he needs to take a more proactive roll in battle without actually risking his fair skin. Once his headache from the night of the Mini-taur production fades he sets out to a find a trapper who would be willing to part with two bear/wolf leg traps that could be used in an impromptu ambush to damage and disable unaware foes.
Also, Tarsus would like, if possible, to find a blacksmith to create a contraption for him. He's looking for a portable, folding frame that could be placed on the ground. The frame would fold out to be just about waist high and has bands across the back of it along with a few small tubes holding darts or quarrels. In an ambush/surprise Tarsus could trigger the trap and unleash a multitude of projectiles at the unsuspecting enemy. Clearly it would be a load ahead of time object, not able to be re-used during a battle, but could help us with the element of surprise, further building our reputation of being the most clever bastards in the Borderlands. Tarsus envisions a combination of metal and a wood frame to keep the weight and cost down.
